21 sprues with a tolerance of 0 / + 0.2mm are to be cut off on a plastic visible component, the cycle time must not exceed 45 seconds.

In order to achieve the required accuracy and to further reduce the cycle time, two vision systems working independently of one another were provided.

In order to cut all sprues at an optimal angle, a 4-axis system was provided for each laser system
